Our Mentorship and Empowerment Experiences

The YGC Experience includes an afternoon filled with a positive creative activity, fun connections, light snack and Girls Create swag bag to commemorate the day.  Each interactive workshop features a local experience leader who shares how journey with a tangible activity. All experiences are staffed with caring mentors dedicated to a positive safe environment.  

YGC partners with local schools and districts to offer a 1-5-day satellite enrichment program specifically focusing on Science, Engineering and Technology in creative and exciting hands on cohorts. This added focus is also apart of out monthly experience for our members. Each interactive workshop features a local experience leader who shares how they are a "creative girl!" All experiences are staffed with caring mentors dedicated to a positive safe environment.  WISELY was created to focus on the creative side of STEAM. Stay tuned for our programing dates coming soon.

Create Her Well Girls Conference is the signature annual experience hosted by Yes Girls Create, Inc. at St. John's University, bringing together 100 girls, 50+ mentors, and women leaders for a full day of wellness, creativity, leadership, and empowerment.

Designed to nurture the minds, confidence, and overall well-being of girls ages 8–18, the conference features interactive workshops, STEM and creative experiences, self-care activities, inspirational conversations, and meaningful mentorship opportunities. Throughout the day, participants engage directly with more than 50 women leaders and professionals who pour into the next generation through authentic connection, encouragement, and shared experiences.

The 2027 Create Her Well Girls Conference will take place on March 20, 2027, and sponsorship opportunities are currently available for organizations and community partners interested in supporting this transformative experience.
